Smart AutoSolutions
The platform

One intelligent layer over everything you run.

Smart Auto Solutions is an operating layer for dealerships. It connects the systems you already use with your people and specialised AI assistants — so the business runs faster, management can see what is happening, and nothing has to be ripped out.

02How it works
  1. 01

    Connect

Your systems of record stay where they are. The layer connects to them — DMS, CRM, inventory and pricing tools, website forms and lead portals — and to the spreadsheets that currently hold the gaps together. Which systems connect, and how, is confirmed in discovery.

  2. 02

    Model

Vehicles, customers, leads, appointments and tasks become one consistent picture of the dealership, with the same definitions across every department and rooftop.

  3. 03

    Work

Each team gets a workspace built for its job — a sales day in SAM, a lead queue in the BDC, a recon board in Smart Recon — with ADA assisting throughout.

  4. 04

    See

Dealer Intelligence turns all of it into live management views and reporting, with bottlenecks surfaced while there is still time to act.

03Integration philosophy

Don't replace your dealership. Make it smarter.

06Principles
  1. 01

    Connect

Bring existing systems and workflows together.

Your CRM, DMS, inventory feed, website and lead sources stay where they are. The layer reads across them so one picture replaces six logins.

  2. 02

    See

Give management visibility into what is actually happening.

Stock, leads, recon and staff activity in one live view — not a spreadsheet assembled on Monday about last week.

  3. 03

    Automate

    Remove repetitive administrative work.

Follow-up reminders, status chasing, handovers and report building done by the system, so people spend their time with customers and vehicles.

  4. 04

    Improve

    Identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

Measure where vehicles wait, where leads go cold and where the process breaks, then fix the step that matters most.

  5. 05

    Scale

Build operational systems that grow with the dealership.

The same playbook across one rooftop or twenty, with new modules added without a new project.

Platform questions

Is Smart Auto Solutions a DMS?

No. Smart Auto Solutions is not a dealer management system and does not replace one. It is an operations layer that works over your DMS, CRM and other systems, adding workflow, AI assistance and visibility.

How long does it take to get started?

Because nothing is replaced, dealers typically start with one function — such as reconditioning or lead response — and add others once it is working. Timing depends on your systems and is agreed during discovery.

Can a dealer group use one platform across rooftops?

Yes. The platform is designed for single sites and groups alike, with consistent definitions so rooftops can be compared and rolled up.

Who can see what?

Access is set per person and per dealership, so staff see the work that is theirs and management sees across the business.
